  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During peak periods, promotions, or major sales events, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number via email or platform notification.

 

2. Shipping Coverage

  • We ship within Malaysia and to selected international countries.

  • International shipping availability, fees, and delivery timelines may vary by destination.

  • Please refer to our website for the latest list of eligible countries and applicable shipping rates.

 

3. Delivery Timeframes (Estimated)

Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier service:

  • Peninsular Malaysia: 2–5 working days

  • East Malaysia: 5–10 working days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

 

 

4. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on delivery location, parcel weight, and courier rates.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the error is caused by Pickle Addicts.

 

5. Courier Services

Orders are shipped via third-party courier partners selected by Pickle Addicts. Courier selection may vary depending on location, parcel size, and service availability.

Pickle Addicts is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners once the parcel has been dispatched.

 

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect addresses, incomplete information, or failed delivery attempts may incur additional reshipping charges.

  • Pickle Addicts will not be liable for lost parcels due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

 

7. Damaged or Lost Parcels

  • If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt with clear photos of the packaging and item.

  • For parcels lost in transit, we will assist in raising an investigation with the courier, but resolution timelines are subject to the courier’s process.

  • Pickle Addicts is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage once the parcel is under courier handling, but we will support customers where reasonably possible.

 

8. Self Pickup

If self pickup is offered:

  • Customers will be notified when their order is ready for collection.

  • Orders must be collected within 7 days from notification unless otherwise agreed.
