Refund policy

At Pickle Addicts, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns or exchanges subject to the policy outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be new, unused, and in resalable condition, with original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.

  • Any signs of use — including but not limited to scuffed edge guards, surface markings, or unwrapped handles — will render the item ineligible.

  • All returned items are subject to inspection and approval by our team.

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Returns

All returns will be processed only after inspection and approval.

Customers may choose one of the following options:

  • Refund to original payment method

 

4. Exchanges

Approved exchanges are handled under the following terms:

 

  • If the replacement item is of higher value, the customer must pay the price difference before shipment.

  • All return and reshipment shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Exchanges will only be processed after item inspection and approval.

 

5. Return Methods

Customers may return or exchange items via one of the following methods:

A. By Shipping

  • Ship the item to Pickle Addicts (shipping cost borne by customer)

  • A trackable courier service is strongly recommended

 

B. In-Store Drop-Off

  • Return the item in person at our retail store during operating hours

Please allow up to 7 working days from the date we receive your item for inspection and processing. You will be notified once your request has been reviewed.

 

 

6. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Option 1: Online Returns & Exchanges

  1. Complete the Returns & Exchanges Form

    • Completed form

    • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

    • Return shipping details or tracking number

      Email pickleaddicts.my@gmail.com with:

       

  2. Our team will respond within 7 working days

Upon approval:

  • Refunds will be processed accordingly, or

  • Exchange items will be shipped (shipping charges apply)

 

Option 2: In-Store Returns & Exchanges

  1. Bring the item and proof of purchase to our store

  2. Complete a Returns & Exchanges Form at the counter

  3. Our team will inspect the item and process your request within 7 working days

8. Additional Terms

  • Pickle Addicts reserves the right to decline any return or exchange that does not meet the conditions stated in this policy.

    • Returned to the customer at their expense, or

    • Disposed of if unclaimed after 14 days

      Unapproved or unauthorized returns may be:

       

  • We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping.

  • This policy applies to website retail customers only and excludes wholesale, sponsored, clearance, or promotional purchases unless otherwise stated.
