We started in Ipoh with a handful of paddles and a hope that more Malaysians would fall in love with pickleball. Thousands of players later, that's still what gets us to work every morning — and we're looking for a few more people to build the next chapter with.
What it's like here
You'll know everyone by name within your first week. Ideas get listened to, hard work gets noticed, and good days get celebrated — usually over food. You'll be trusted with real work early, and you'll have people around you who want you to do well.

Live Host — TikTok Shop & Shopee LIVE
Now hiringYou'll be the face of Pickle Addicts on live. Every session you run is a live shopfront — you demo paddles, answer questions in real time, and close sales while the stream is running. If you're comfortable on camera and you like talking to people, the rest we'll teach you.
What you'll do
- Host daily LIVE sessions on TikTok Shop and Shopee
- Demo paddles, shoes, bags and apparel on camera — features, feel, who it's for
- Answer viewer questions and objections live, and close the sale in-session
- Run promo drops, flash deals and bundles during the stream
- Work off scripts and run sheets with the content team, and improve them
- Hit session targets — viewers, engagement, GMV — and review what worked after
- Help set up the live corner: products, lighting, stock ready before going on
What we're looking for
- Confident and natural on camera — energy that holds an audience for hours
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia; English or Mandarin is a strong plus
- Live hosting experience preferred, but we'll train the right person from zero
- Willing to learn product deeply — you can't sell a paddle you don't understand
- Reliable on schedule. Live is a fixed slot; the audience shows up expecting you
- Interest in pickleball or sports retail is a bonus, not a requirement
- Based in or able to commute to Ipoh
What you get
- Basic RM1,800 – RM2,500 depending on experience
- Sales commission on what you sell during your sessions
- Monthly allowance
- Performance bonus tied to live session results
- Staff pricing on gear, plus training on product and live selling
